These Terms govern your use of STREAMERBOARD. Please read them — especially the Collaboration & Event Risk, Our Role, and Limitation of Liability sections. By using STREAMERBOARD you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
By creating an account or using STREAMERBOARD, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to use STREAMERBOARD, and at least 18 to attend or take part in any in-person event. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission.
There are no passwords on STREAMERBOARD — signing in requires connecting a real Twitch, YouTube, or Kick account. By connecting a platform you agree to that platform's own terms, and you confirm the account belongs to you. STREAMERBOARD is not responsible for the availability, policies, or changes made by Twitch, YouTube, Kick, or any other third party.
STREAMERBOARD introduces and matches creators, runs event leaderboards and voting, and helps creators build media kits. That is the extent of our role. STREAMERBOARD does not supervise, direct, control, endorse, or take part in any collaboration, stream, event, or brand deal between users, and is not responsible for the conduct, content, safety, acts, or omissions of any creator, brand, fan, attendee, or other third party. A match, a ranking, or a listing is not a recommendation, a vouch, or an assurance about anyone.
STREAMERBOARD does not conduct background checks, identity verification (beyond platform sign-in), or vetting of any creator, brand, or fan, and does not screen the content or conduct of interactions it helps arrange. You are responsible for deciding who you collaborate, meet, or deal with, and for your own safety and judgment.
Collaborating, matching, meeting up, attending an event, or streaming with another creator carries real risks. Live content can go overboard; people can feel disrespected or violated; disagreements, reputational harm, emotional distress, property damage, or physical harm can happen. You acknowledge these risks and agree that:
You may be asked to affirmatively acknowledge this section again the first time you enter a collaboration; that acknowledgment is recorded.
By using STREAMERBOARD you consent to being listed and ranked on event leaderboards and to the display of your public handle, name, avatar, and platform stats for those features. Rankings, labels, badges, and "spicy" commentary are entertainment based on activity metrics and fan votes — they are not statements of fact about your character, ability, or conduct. You may request removal from public listings at any time.
Any brand deal or sponsorship is solely between the creator and the brand. STREAMERBOARD is not a party to, agent for, talent agency for, broker of, or guarantor of any deal, payment, or performance, and does not procure employment or engagements on your behalf. You are responsible for your own contracts, negotiations, taxes, and for making all legally required disclosures (including advertising/#ad disclosures). You represent that you are free to enter into any deal or collaboration you pursue.
A "Verified" badge or stat means only that the figures were pulled directly from the platform via your authorized connection — the exact numbers the platform reports. It is notan audit or guarantee of accuracy, audience authenticity, or bot activity. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of any stat.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or remove votes, rankings, content, or accounts that violate this section, and we provide a way to report abusive users or content.
You retain ownership of what you post or connect. By using the platform you grant us a license to use, display, and process that information to operate the features described in our Privacy Policy — including leaderboards, matching, and media kits.
STREAMERBOARD's name, branding, and software are our property. If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, contact us at the address below and we will respond under a notice-and-takedown process.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STREAMERBOARD, its owners, and staff from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, your collaborations, events, or deals, your conduct toward others, or your breach of these Terms.
STREAMERBOARD is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any collaboration, event, match, or brand deal will result in a particular outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, STREAMERBOARD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or emotional-distress damages, and our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the platform will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US $100.
For any event that STREAMERBOARD itself hosts, attendance is subject to a separate event waiver and any posted rules; the release in Section 6 applies in addition to, not instead of, that waiver.
You may stop using STREAMERBOARD and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections 6, 8, 13, 14, and 15 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which STREAMERBOARD operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis. (A binding-arbitration and class-action-waiver provision may apply; see the current posted version.)
Nothing on STREAMERBOARD is legal, tax, or financial advice.
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves and will update the date above when we do. Where changes are material, we may ask you to re-accept them.
