1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using StreamerBoard, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use StreamerBoard. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Signing in and connected platforms

There are no passwords on StreamerBoard — signing in requires connecting a real Twitch, YouTube, or Kick account. By connecting a platform, you agree to that platform's own terms of service in addition to these terms, and you confirm the account belongs to you. StreamerBoard is not responsible for the availability, policies, or changes made by Twitch, YouTube, Kick, or any other third-party platform.

4. What StreamerBoard does

StreamerBoard operates event leaderboards, creator collaboration matching, viewer voting, and related features. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Manipulate votes, rankings, or matching through bots, multiple accounts, or paid/fake engagement
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your connected platform accounts
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that aren't yours
• Use StreamerBoard for anything illegal, or that violates a connected platform's own terms

We may suspend or remove votes, rankings, or accounts that violate this section.

6. Your content and data

You retain ownership of what you post or connect to StreamerBoard. By using the platform, you grant us a license to use, display, and process that information to operate the features described in our Privacy Policy — including leaderboards, matching, and media kits.

7. Intellectual property

StreamerBoard's name, branding, and software are our property. Nothing here grants you rights to them beyond using the platform as intended.

8. Third-party services

StreamerBoard integrates with Twitch, YouTube, and Kick via their public APIs. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

9. Termination

You may stop using StreamerBoard and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Disclaimers

StreamerBoard is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any collaboration, event, or brand match will result in a particular outcome.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamerBoard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves, and will update the date at the top when we do.
