How we use platform data — StreamerBoard

This page lists, in plain words, what StreamerBoard keeps when you connect Twitch or YouTube, why we keep it, for how long, who can see it, and how to remove it. StreamerBoard is not affiliated with Twitch or YouTube.

We save your follower, subscriber and view counts once a day so you can see your growth over time. Only you see them unless you turn on sharing.

How to delete it

Go to Settings, then "Connected platforms & data".
"Disconnect Twitch" or "Disconnect YouTube" revokes our access and removes our copy of that platform's data.
"Disconnect and delete my data" does the same and records it as a deletion request.
Nothing on Twitch or YouTube itself is deleted.
Some features stop working afterwards. For example, attendance and integrity scores for events lose that data.
We honor deletion requests within 7 days, and usually within 24 hours.

Revoke access from the platform side

YouTube (Google): Google permissions page. Find StreamerBoard and remove access.
Twitch: Twitch connections settings. Find StreamerBoard under Other Connections and disconnect.

YouTube data is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

You decide who sees your numbers

Sharing your Twitch or YouTube numbers on your public StreamrKit, or with brands, is off by default. You can turn it on or off in Settings at any time, and turning it off takes effect immediately. Brand sharing for Twitch and YouTube data is switched on only after we have the platform's written permission.
