Privacy Policy

StreamerBoard ("we," "us") operates leaderboards and collaboration matching for streamers. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how you can control it.

1. Information we collect

When you sign in with Twitch, YouTube, or Kick:your public profile (name, handle, avatar, email), and the specific data your connected platform grants us permission to read — live status and viewer counts, and, where you've granted it, channel analytics and engagement signals (chat activity, subscriptions, channel points, Hype Train events). We only request what a given feature needs, and only after you explicitly grant it during sign-in.

Information you provide directly: your matching preferences (content format, interests, availability), votes you cast, and any event/board you create.

Usage data:how you interact with the platform, so we can fix what's broken and improve what isn't.

2. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Personalize your experience and match you with other creators for collaborations
• Operate event leaderboards, voting, and trophies
• Compile your verified performance metrics into a StreamrKit (media kit) that represents you accurately to brands, and match you with relevant brand and sponsorship opportunities
• Invite you to exclusive events and opportunities based on your activity and growth
• Improve StreamerBoard and understand what creators need from it
• Communicate with you about your account, matches, events, and product updates

3. Connected platforms have their own terms

When you connect Twitch, YouTube, or Kick, you remain subject to that platform's own terms of service and privacy policy in addition to ours. Our access to your data on those platforms is limited to what you explicitly grant during sign-in, and governed by each platform's own developer/API terms.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

StreamerBoard's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share aggregated or profile-level information (e.g., your StreamrKit) with prospective brand partners as part of the Brand Deal Portal — only once that feature is live, and only with your visibility settings respected. We may share information with service providers who help us run the platform (e.g., hosting, database), bound to protect it.

6. Data retention, deletion, and revoking access

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the features above. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. You can disconnect any platform directly inside StreamerBoard (Settings → Connected platforms → Disconnect), or from that platform's own account settings — either way immediately stops our access and revokes the token.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

StreamerBoard is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if our practices change, and update the date at the top.
