Why you can't go live on TikTok yet

The fix isn't to wait around — it's to flip your approach. TikTok's algorithm is built to surface short video posts to new audiences even with zero followers, so **post first, go live later**.

• Post short clips regularly — highlights from your streams on other platforms, or standalone short-form content in your niche.
• Post consistently rather than in bursts — daily or every-other-day posting builds momentum faster than a pile of videos posted once a week.
• Use TikTok as a discovery funnel pointing back to wherever you're already live (Twitch, YouTube) while you build toward 1,000.

This isn't unique to TikTok
